C. REED TERRY, CFP®, RFC®

Knowledge, Trust, Integrity and Experience

As in any profession, experience encourages success.  Reed brings over 25 years of financial planning experience in assisting clients' pursuit of their financial goals.  Reed is the founder and CEO of LifeStyle Financial Network, LLC serving clients through comprehensive financial planning, wealth management and with proactive personal service.

Reed started his career with a national insurance company as a life insurance agent.  While there, he realized the company's quotas were more important than the needs of its clients.   Seeing that this system was not serving the needs of the clients, he left the insurance company and enrolled in the College of Financial Planning where he earned his professional certification, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional or CFP®.  He also holds an additional professional designation, REGISTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT or RFC®.

Knowing that taxes have become a very large part of anyone's financial life, Reed has chosen to broaden his financial education by being a participant in the IRS's Annual Filing Season Program or AFSP where he is required to complete fifteen hours of tax education each year.   He is also a Registered Representative with Securities America, Inc. and a Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Securities America advisors, Inc.

A native of Birmingham, Reed and his wife continue to reside there where they share the love of family, music and travel.   Married since 1979, the couple have five children and five grandchildren.
